After getting a tip about an open position, she rushes to Jameson Technologies and meets CEO Jared Jameson. Unfortunately, due to a misunderstanding, she is put in the awkward position of pretending to be his girlfriend. Not the job she was applying for. And when she finds out Jared lied to her to get what he wanted, she decides to get back at him. In front of his family.

Jared is stunned when Madison announces they are getting married. She pushed her revenge too far. How can he tell them it’s all a lie? And when his sick aunt asks them to be married before she dies, Madison comes up with a hair-brained plan to hire an actor and stage a fake wedding.

My Review:

Accidentally Married is the perfect summer story full of comedy, and romance.

Madison Nichols needs a job, and she needs one fast. As an aspiring actress, she couldn't find enough jobs to help boost her career in Hollywood, so she is back home to start fresh. When her best-friend and roommate, Carrie, hears of a job at Jameson Technologies, Madison finds herself rushing to the company without thinking that her life was about to change. The minute she meets, CEO Jared Jameson, she finds out that the position that she wanted to fill was never open to begin with and that he needs her for another job. She has to pretend to be his girlfriend in front of his family and by that she has to act like she is really in love with him.

Jared Jameson was not looking for a relationship, all his focus is in his work, but when his family asked him to bring his “supposed” girlfriend to his father's birthday party he needs to come up with a plan. And hiring someone to pretend to be his girlfriend seems like a great idea, until his plan turned out to the idea he'd ever had.

What started out as a simple plan to appease his family, especially his aunt Shelly, turned out to be more as the two spent more time together. I really enjoyed reading the book, it was quick and full of funny scenes. I found myself laughing at Madison's sense of humor, it really made the story a page-turner. Jared's family is kind and want the best for him, they all embrace Madison's quirky personality which I loved. Overall, the story was very well-written and thought out. The chemistry between Jared and Madison is apparent from the very beginning and it was fun to read how everything unfolded between them. I highly recommend it, it's worth picking up. :)
